“Time to tie-die” is a dark humour illustration series. The illustrations aim to destigmatise mental illness and the negative thoughts associated with it from both the outsider and the person experiencing it. This is done by juxtaposing dark concepts with a cute, child -like illustration style and a colourful colour scheme, for a comedic effect. Often dark humour is most enjoyed by those who find the concepts relatable. Some of these designs i printed onto t-shirts and sold.
